Terms & Conditions
- All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions.
- All non account customers must make payment on the day of the collection.
- Telephone estimates cannot be guaranteed until an employee of the junk buster views the junk on-site.
- Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. - On receipt of your waste, The Junk Buster reserves the right to charge for the amount of waste received.
- Any late payments may incur the extra costs made to recover payment. The Junk Buster reserves the right to charge interest on balances owed, at a rate of 1.5% per month.
- Our team do not normally carry change. We will however do our best to make sure we can accommodate you if you have no change!
- If any of our teams spot or suspect Asbestos they are required to leave the site immediately in line with HSE guidelines. Needles and any other hazardous / toxic substances can also result in immediate vacation of a site or premises.
- The Junk Buster staff reserve the right to work safely and will stop work should they feel any conditions may endanger the public, our customers or our staff.
- Although very rare, we occasionally find that items are too large or heavy to be removed by our 2 man team. In this case, unfortunately we would have to leave the item.
